Popcorn Fundraiser

This page is to communicate key details for the 2025 Popcorn Fundraiser.

Our annual Popcorn Fundraiser is the Pack’s opportunity to fund the pack activities throughout the year. Every Scout is expected to participate in this fundraiser event, in an effort to pay their own way. The Pack receives 50% and the Scout receives 50% of the Popcorn sales plus any donations as a Scout credit to be used for any pack related fees (registration, camping trips, clothing, etc.). Typically, our pack requests each scout to sell $200 in popcorn. 

The Pack tries to make it easy to accomplish this fundraising goal by organizing Storefront Sales during September and October.  Prizes are available for reaching various sales levels and our pack awards top sellers at the den and pack level. Our fundraising committee could always use more volunteers.  Please consider helping with our fundraisers they make THE PACK GO for the rest of the year.


Important Dates for 2025

8/8/25 – Unit Show and Sell Orders are due
8/29/25 – Fundraiser Kickoff – Ready, set, go! Start selling!
9/6/25 – Show and Sell distribution day
9/10/25 – Back to Scouts Night, Review for year and fundraiser information
10/4/25 – Show & Sell early payment / returns due
10/25/25 – Show & Sell Final Payments / Final returns, Take orders, and prize orders due
11/22/25 – Take order pick up / distribution day
